full minstrel gear, with mace shield/staff (energy + frenzy sigills + radiance runes), wont share build but its a block dh build obviously ;) - check metabattle their build is fine for wvw commanding metabattle.com/wiki/Build:Dragonhunter_-_Chinese_Support_DH
