Im wondering if core d/d ele might be a viable support after the patch with fire water earth and arcane brilliance and wave karakosta relic.

Heals would be worse than tempest (no elemental bastion and shouts). Condi cleanses, probably the highest in the game (water fire earth)

Drake's Breath with Blinding Ashes on D/D Tempest is actually great.....blind is a massively undervalued condi.

Shame I won't be able to play for the next months. I already run Martial Cadence and Soldier's comfort on my wanderer/giver spellbreaker for a tanky option with high boon uptime that does some nice filler healing. It lacked condi cleanse outside of SiO, so maybe it will be even better to run now with these traits. Since I do hamm/staff spb, I can't see not picking warrior's sprint and burst mastery in discipline, since you need movement and extra adrenaline to boonrip fast. My core healer build could take martial cadence, but i prefer shouts since the healing is substantial and it will synergize well with the new shurg it off. I already ran heightened focus for core, so this will definitely make it even better.
