I got boundary wall noc from gda does that also count as demarcation

Demarcation means any sort of identifiable structure on the land. Let it be stone markings or small pillers on the corners of your land. It doesn't necessarily have to be a boundary wall. The GDA's bounday wall NOC is just a permission letter for the boundary wall.

Airport was supposed to open in Sept 2023, the new date is Aug 2024 but given the government U turn on CPEC, is there any guarantee that new airport will ever be operational?

I've couple of plots in Sector A and Sector B of Naval Anchorage Gwadar. I've heard that these sectors are developed. These are balloted plots; I've paid all their dues and a year or two ago Anchorage held a balloting for on map location and my plot files were assigned plot numbers as well. Do you believe these plots represent a sound investment opportunity? Furthermore, do my plots fall within the area you highlighted as favorable for investment in your video?

Brother, Naval anchorage is holding back with development charges. There is a new trend that developers levy v heavy dev charges and some even levy Escalation charges after development charges. I know few people who refunded their plots through Naval Anchorage and purchased plots from marker in lower price. If u r also in same category, u may also exercise the same if mkt rate is lower and refund is extended to u.
