Every corner of this "factory" is sooo "CLEAN", never thought "petha" making would be ... OMG..!!! Its a commercial entity, they could invest a small %age of revenue in upkeep of the premises. I am as a customer would love to pay a few rupees extra for the quality of one of my favorite sweet.

Here in Bangalore , we use this as dhristi (nazar Tod) for houses and on ayudh Pooja ( navratri ) you will find this white pumpkin in front of most houses in sacrificed state post Pooja

True my friend worked in vegetable and fruits factory....He used to saw very good quality vegetables and fruits daily but unfortunately they are exported to other countries......the work for them is to check the good quality vegetables and fruits and put them according in to 4levels....The first 2 level vegetables and fruits will be exported to foreign countries and level 3 and 4 will be distributed in the indian markets....
