i don't know if it was mention in the video or in chat, i'll say it anyway, the vyppers either bannish or deploy, they can't do both at the same time, that's why sometimes, some vyppers stay in GY, they cleaned the pathway for the other vyppers if that makes sens

If I'm correct, Vypper gets summoned if it either banishes the last card in the deck (other than itselves), or has no other cards to banish (other than itselves). So the Vyppers that stay in the deck are Vyppers that did not banish the last card, but rather another remaining card

Thanks mate, I am kinda new to the game (switching from HS since Blizzard is getting greedier and greedier from expansion to expansion and they were really greedy to begin with) and I am still trying to cope with all the new (well at least to me they are new) mechanics of this amazing looking game (the premium cards look just so well made especially compared to HS' golden cards) and I was wondering why that happened but I guess Freddy did too. :-D Helped a lot! Nice and fun deck! Since it's not a mainstream deck, people normally dont know how to deal with it and pass so easily in the first round. However, when it meets Lippy Gudmund, basically it's game over...

My shortest legit game (not the one when they forfeit on turn 1) was against vypper... he popped out, I heatwaved it and then my oponent forfeited :D GG ....what a hard to beat deck :D

yep, 10 games with this deck, in 9 of them vypper gets instantly deleted by heatwave/arnjolf+champion's charge or even eaten by some monsters

For people wondering...it is eazy to beat this with another ng deck ( milling self deck or steal deck from fredy video) if you see enemy use vyper.. never pass..play till the last card.. and always save purify.. so enemy cant coup it .. i still never lost to vyper deck..as long as you know what he intend to do.. just try to limit 2-4 vyper from enemy side..and try to get 2-3 vyp from yourself ( from coup or steal the damian)and if you play till the last card on first round (most vyp user will try to last on round one) then finish on round 2

In Nilfgaard you should use the 7p Nilfgaardian card that puts any card on top of deck and boost a unit by 2 instead of the neutral fisher king which does the same but less well.

True although when using fisher king to get vypper it's actually more points than albrich because you don't want to boost a discarded vypper and fisher king is 1pt more base strength than albrich

ah the famous Vyper deck.. 12:52 hey, the reason why the Vyper is not come out from the graveyard is because they still have a card to be banished.. read the description... if Vyper, has nothing to be banished..he'll randomly appear to your row...

This deck is too funny. Takes a bit to get your head around but once you do... The opponents face when they are up 2-4 cards after losing round 1 = :D Their face when they forfeit round 3 when 7-8 Vyppers come out of their graveyard = :'(

Doesn't really work when people know this deck exists. Way too reliant on round1 draws, and monsters can just consume the vyper as soon as it lands on their side of the board. Anyone else can just heatwave it and now you are worse off than a viy deck with no viy.

Yes, but if he doesn't understand what's happening, it's very understandable. It's not like discard Vypper decks are common or anything. I do think he was being dumb by not playing Lippy, though...did he not realize his gy was disappearing very quickly or something? Was he not aware that the vyppers come back out? Vypper was added in a patch when this video came out, so...he may just not have read the new card.

Then he played Oneiro 2nd to last and then Lippy last card and my brain exploded. I thought Viv players who leave their Viv on the board were the worst, but this is the worst playing I've ever seen.
