Over load is the problem too if 400 bags means 400x50= 20,00,000 and i don't think this vehicles is have 20 tons passing capacity... In nagaland it's free to move with high load and over which makes public risk or pass by near that truck... Why motor vehicle not inspection high load truck and over load truck... Where as in other states it is very strictly
