CM health insurance scheme (CMHIS) is deducting ₹400/month 4800/month per employee, but it is having so many difficulties in availing the facilities and also not accepting in Hospital outside Nagaland, so it should made voluntary to the employees and not force deduction.

My brother's medical bill cost 47 k at naga hospital, even though it was under CMHIS, we paid the money for as prepaid, because the beneficiaries of 20lakhs have to pre pay and later only the amount will be refunded. But after 3 months the refund amount was only 12k , and my family salary gets deducted 800₹ for 2 person every month, this scheme is a scam.

In case if the government employees who pay 400 per month 4800 every year until he/she retirement for CM insurance, if the employee does not get sick or spend the deducted money from his/her salary for insurance will they get back the money during his/her retirement? If not, my personal view is that, they should get the money back... Coz that is their hardwork money if they don't get back it is part of a scam

Sir the rest toh I don't know. But as you have mentioned cmhis. I would like to request the empanelled hospital authority to kindly bring out the name(s) of the patient under cmhis, their pending liabilities. Since ₹400 p/m is deducting for this purpose so why the insurance company are not paying to the concerned empanelled monthly . This meeds to be address immediately. As the government employees are making deduction monthly and so cannot they pay monthly. Eagerly waiting for the next news in this regards
