The mess created ranging from scattered rubbish to liquor bottles has not only degraded the environment but also disrespected the sanctity of a place meant for education. Such behavior is intolerable and should never be permitted in or around any institution of learning. Immediate and strict action must be taken to ensure that this never happens again.
