The main problem lies in the core of some organisers. From my experience as well. I am from Nagaland as well. To say, Indeed I faced discouraged with the Nagaland Hornbill Festival organisers in the year 2002. The winners of the Rock beat contest were promised that all the musicians of the winners will be collectively called and will make a music album but unfortunately after the event despite taking our land line phone no, our house address to contact us for the said promise has never been done. If the said organisers are not going to fulfill its promise better not say to letting the hope of the winners of the said contest kept waiting . I am also one of the winner of the said beat contest.
