Just left school 9 days ago😢. On the last day me and my besties were crying and taking pictures. I'm so glad I got to know everyone in my class. We all had so much fun on the last week haha everyone was running out of class to get their leaves notebooks and t shirts signed and the teachers just let us do anything 😂. Even though I'm not gonna graduate any time soon (I'm in 10th grade now) and I still have so much time (in a way). This song already hits hard since it makes me look back at my previous years and see how I've grown as a person. I haven't reached my senior years yet, but I'm gonna be so grateful for them later on when I'll graduate. I graduated high school on June 1st 2023 and its been over year. Its crazy how fast it went felt like it was just yesterday. I remember listening to this song before grad and I was thinking about all the memories I had during high school and how surreal and thankful I was to have so many unforgetable memories. A year later I still think of those memories and wish I could go back to them. This song just reminds of the good times I had in high school. I miss it so much. I miss seeing my friends everyday, I miss buying snacks and lunch at the cafeteria, I miss walking around the hallways, I miss my teachers, I miss sitting on a desk around people the same age as me while we listen to our teacher. I miss all those times. Life was so easy during high school. I know this song will hit me more as years go by.

I left high school back in 2019. Before graduation, my class suffered a loss of one of our own to suicide months prior and it was really devastating. I didn't know her personally, but I remembered that she touched the lives of the many friends who did know her. There are days when I wish I could go back and relive my teen years differently, because at the time I didn't have a care in the world and thought high school would last longer than it did. Knowing what I know now than before, I wouldn't want to change it for the world.
