Hello there, how can you miss againts shecil even that you are using Phreeroni card and also Phreeroni wings? is it her high flee too much or when she agi up, she doubles her flee? Thank you

Cecil has 1k+ flee when she has AGI UP.

Phreeoni Wings + phreeoni card gives you 50 perfect hit, I'm using that combo

Bro i wanna run ur build and i have everythin u have even phreenie card, im only missing a jdr, would u recomend me to get a crimson+15 and put phreenie card and ak card or 2 ak cards and get more dex? I wanna run bio 5 just like u are.

If you have phreeoni wings and phreeoni card, that will be the best choice.
