Yes 2 stroke v twin
@michaelbrinks80896 ай бұрын
I believe he said he wants it to be 4 stroke.

I think a V twin would be cool. But from a motorized bicycle engine business standpoint. Cost, time,complexity of building & frame fitment compatibility & also weighing the pros & cons of single cyl 🆚 v twin. A single cylinder still might offer many more pros than cons. But.....If a reliable V twin 4 stroke with 2- 39mm pistons. Isn't too heavy, can fit in my frame & makes alot more power than a 50mm 2 stroke, I'd buy one. But if it costs 4x as much, then it needs to easily last 4x as much. You'd also have to complete with existing 4 stroke single cyl kits. Like the 100cc 4 stroke kit that has AM upgrades available......Myself, if I wasn't down & out with health issues & still had a workshop & electricity for a welder. I'd be building reinforced steel full suspension bike frames with the shocks located in the rear. For stealth high speed motorized & ebike builds. Along with heavy duty 19-20in wheels that are close in dia. To 26in bicycle wheels but can use stronger safer 19in moped or motorcycle tires. If you get bored check out the 110cc semi auto 4 stroke, full suspension BMX motorized bicycles. Which is similar to what I wanna build but keep the crank & pedals. So it's still a bicycle and stealth partially concealed engine. So I can ghost pedal when needed & actually pedal with the engine off. I have my steel donor full suspension bike frames waiting. I just need a 240V for my welder. My 29in Mongoose aluminum frame motorized bicycle is only rated for 300 max pounds. A 2 stroke engine kit+ 225 lb rider + 25 lbs back pack. Is at the limit when factoring going 35mph over bumps/vibrations. A rear suspension on a regular 300lb limit bicycle converted to motorized would greatly help reduce stress on the bike. I want a frame,wheels & tires that can safely go 55mph carrying a 250+lb rider with a full backpack & saddlebags. I really want to do a 2wd hybrid using a front wheel 750 or 1000w electric motor. But is too much weight for regular bicycles. Unless rider is like 150lbs.

I appreciate the thoughtful reply. will it be stronger than a well built 50mm engine? not realy, the would be comparable. would it cost a comparable amount? not, it wil cost alot more. then why? because its a completely different evolution of the motorized bicycle engine. its designed to be effortlessly maintained indefinitely by designing out any parts that can't be reproduced using basic methods on manual hobby grade equipment. this strategy has been successfully implemented before. WW2 the Liberty ships, theyn need tens of thousands of them fast without tieing up existing advanced manufacturing capacity. The solution was to specifically design the engines so that small garage machine shops could contribute to the production. the design can be simplified. no splines or gear teeth to cut. Additionally the V twin is not a gimmick or to make the maximum amount of power, its for noise vibration and harshness, as well as packaging. Its for the builders who have built a large number of bikes and want a challenge again, the 2-speed system will also be something that many people have asked for, having it all in an oil bath is a big plus. . all in all, the price is the price, it is not to be compared because it really isn't like anything else out here, it addresses different wants and needs entirely. naturally the price per unit willing to down with time, and in time it will begin to make sense for more and more people.

Haven't gotten but partial payment back. I want ALL my money for parts I never wanted & told him that. Now he tells people " out of stock" when I could just send this back but cant trust him for payment.
@ryandarrah42476 ай бұрын
so you're not returning the parts because you do not trust that ill refund? OK, I'm retracting my offer to let you keep the parts. send them back, you have a return label, i do not believe you tried sending it back to me, i think that label i sent you is fine and you didnt try to use it

U might have to make a better flywheel. I've heard stories of them exploding
@ryandarrah42476 ай бұрын
thats the bigger engines, these are strong, normally have a clutch bolted to em, we wont have that
