ഡോക്ടർ എനിക്ക് ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ഞാൻ ഡോക്ടറെ കണ്ടു അപ്പോൾ എഡോസ്കോപ്പി ചെയ്യാൻ പറഞ്ഞു എഡോസ്കോപ്പി ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ആ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ atrophic gastritis, antral gastritis ഇതൊക്കെയാണ് കാണിക്കുന്നേ

സർ ഗ്യാസ് ഉണ്ടാക്കുന്ന ഫുഡ്‌ എന്തു കഴിച്ചാലും ഗ്യാസ് പ്രോബ്ലം നന്നായിട്ട് undakunnu. A സമയം mucain gel കുടിച്ചു ഉടനെ മാറുന്നു ഏങ്കിലും സാശ്വതമായ ഒരു പരിഹാരം കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. കൊതി ഉള്ള ഫുഡ്‌ ഒന്നും കഴിക്കാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല. Ultra sound സ്കാൻ ഒക്കെ എടുത്തു ഒരു pblm ഇല്ല. എന്തേലും ഒരു പരിഹാരം നിർദ്ദേശികമോ. സാമ്പാർ, പരിപ്പ് കറി, tuna fish. ഇതൊന്നും kazhikane പറ്റുന്നില്ല.
