I try my best to post high quality content and it’s nice to hear from viewers that they enjoy it ^^ I use Adobe After Effects to make the waves and the effect itself is called ”audio spectrum”. There are several guides on it online that you can look up, but to apply the effect to a project you can create a solid layer and drag the effect on to it. Hope this answered your question! :DD
