One correction: Zoomed in with a microscopic lens, the Amoled display pixel arrangement can look like the IPS display pixel arrangement. What the Nothing phone has is a pentile-amoled display, hence its pixel arrangement looks different. Pentile-amoleds are slightly cheaper than regular amoleds and text on it can look slightly blurry when looked closely, but they are still better than IPS displays. The watch here though, does not have Amoled screen as you mentioned.

Hi Rakesh, simple test to know whether your display is a LCD or an LED is to use a polarized sunglass. If it is a lcd screen you won't be able to look anything on the screen when you wear a polarized sunglass. Unless you tilt your glass to a 45 degree or more, then you will be able to see the lcd screen clearly. Even simple casio digital watches or a digital calculator screen can't be seen when you wear a polarized sunglass. If its an LED display, polarized sunglasses will work fine. I learned about this a bit late (One year after purchasing TV) and was surprised to see my SONY BRAVIA LED was not a LED screen (wasn't expecting sony to run a lcd scam by marketing the tv as Led screen). Every time i wore my polarized sunglasses i dont see the picture perfect unless i tilt my glasses then the picture gets normal. Hope this helps. Also i think in smart watches, the kind of latest Fitshot crystal deserves a shot out by you. I purchased it and personally i think Its a brilliant watch with 100% amoled screen and a very good screen to body ratio. Hoping to see a review on this smartwatch from you. 👍🏻

It's your fault for not knowing what LED really is. Google it. LED means light emitting diode and it is a backlight technology for a display. And the display is LCD. Earlier, LCD screens used to have a small tubelight kind of backlight, nowadays they have a flat evenly lit panel which is called LED. LED is not the same as OLED or Amoled which are display technologies.

Crossbeats is quite a good brand, can't believe they will scam this big. I'm skeptical about this video.. points should be check - 1. it might be a defective unit where pixel turning off is not working (a common amoled defect) 2. Pixel arrangement between IQoo and Nothing phone cannot be taken as granted for proof, because older and cheaper Amoled displays use linear pixel arrangement just like LCD, the diamond pixel in nothing is used in costly as well as newer devices, but amoled can have lcd type of pixels. 3. I have watched few other youtubers video on same device, it really felt like an Amoled, but can't say for sure. only thing is, you can try replacing it once then check if its amoled or not.

Sir, I have OnePlus 9R and green line issue occurred on the screen. I visited the OnePlus Exclusive Service Center, Park Street, Kolkata , West Bengal -700071 on 7/2/2023 (Tuesday) They replaced my screen on the same day because my mobile was in warranty period. But they replaced with fake amoled screen and I found a big difference in colour, brightness and glaze with compare to my friend same model phone. But the service centre engineer denied this. He know what mistake he done but the whole team especially the repairing engineer OAISHISH DEY denied this. Please help me to get the genuine amoled screen.

Crossbeat is a bad brand, not giving after sales service. They do not give you a warranty if you have not registered the product within 10 days. Such a poor experience, i am seeing the first brand that is giving such a condition for providing warranty and also have limited service center. And they are charsing too much for their product. I recommend you please with actual branded products that have good service network rather than going such poor brands like crossbeat.
