Hey Aanya, The chalk craving could be because of iron deficiency. Pica is a food disorder which maximum women suffer from. You can increase the iron supplements in your diet. As far as the watching of ASMR videos goes, even my parents scold me for it. My mom even snatched my phone from me once😂. I mean there is nothing wrong in watching them but they're very addictive. They might even eat up a major chunk of your time. So make sure you don't watch them too often. 😊
