Girl, I'm not a huge fan of podcasts but I absolutely loved yours today. I really resonated with being "confused" about health and fitness and how awful you can feel just by going on social media. And can I just say that I knew EXACTLY who you were talking about when you said you used to follow that KZbinr who would do a cleanse for six weeks after eating chocolate. That's the reason I unfollowed her as well, and her "project comebacks" were excessive, but I didn't want to only hear about that. So thank you for being so open with us and for taking us on the journey! Love you!

Love u tor! But from an esthetician’s perspective the problem w it is it’s not good for your skin health. My acneic clients really struggle w breakouts from wearing makeup to the gym and not washing their face after a workout. But I’m glad it works for you. X
