Awesome they provide help with the kiddos. That's my biggest struggle to train. As a military spouse, my husband is often away with the military, is so nice when gyms allow the children to be there while the parents train!

Who here can tell me why he gets an F as an instructor? Try to guess before reading below He gets a big F for walking barefoot all over the place, going from on the mat to off the mat to restroom, back to mat, then to restroom/shower, and otherwise all over the place throughout the tour. Very big capital NO NO.

This is a nice gym and all, but it's nowhere near as nice as Doug Duggart's gym in High Point, Norf Carolina. Sensei Duggart can teach you to tackle and grapple like a ultimate fighting pro.
