JBL Partybox 320 Vs JBL Partybox 710 - Sound Or Portability?

If I’m being honest I always prefer better sound. Love the portability of the 320 but man once you hear the 710 for me there’s no going back, I’ll gladly go buy whatever power supply I need to take the 710 places.

I had a sweet 16 birthday party of over 50 people and 2 710s rocked the party. LOL I have never used party speakers but I will be using them again. 😂 people was coming over saying they could feel the bass. LOL Great video!

I have always felt that partybox like 500 series should be there with built in battery, that would be the sweet spot of both world and might sell like hot cakes

500 series are almost certainly gonna happen. That way they can compete with Soundboks 4.

JBL is already better than Soundboks. You can play without a battery, just a cord plugged into an outlet. Having the option to play your speaker full blast with a cord or go portable with the battery is the best!! Soundboks limited you with always needing a battery. If you were plugged into an outlet you could not go full blast volume. If you did … the Soundboks would shut off. That reason is why I sold it .

@@andyaguilera4367 I agree. JBL is better in every way except max loudness and build quality. Everything else is better on the 320 for much cheaper price. But if JBL made 500 series with same SPL as Soundboks 4, it would make S4 completely pointless to consider.

I had two 710s and they felt like a solution searching for a problem to fix. I only used them together once for a 200 people anniversary party. I sold one and bought both a 320 and a 120. What a great combo tailored to real home usage and daily usage. I haven’t used the 710 since then. I’m so happy that I can hug a tree. Or my 320 and 120.

Just got a 320, absolutely love it! I live in Lanzarote so my friends and I just take it into a random volcano and rave out in nature... the battery is awesome! Best 400 quid (GBP) I spent in a long time! Especially considering my 2 mini rigs with a subwoofer can't even scratch the surface of the sound quality and output and basically cost the same..

I've got a pair of the 710s thanks in part to this channel. The personal earthquake machine description did it for me!!! 😂 I bring them to events, but in my home I only play one at a time and that is never beyond half volume. Even at 25% - 30% volume this thing shakes the walls! Personal earthquake machine indeed! 💪⚡

I’ve tried both the 310 and 710, and let me tell you. Once you hear the 710, there’s no going back. Sure the 310 is portable, but the sound… there is no comparison. If you’re not planning to move your speaker around, the 710 is a no brainer. Especially for the same price

Yep. I have 2 710’s and your are correct. No comparison in sound for sure the 710 eats up the 310 and for the price both the 310 and 320 are over priced. I got my 710’s for $669 each

Update: 320 can connect with the 120 on the JBL PartyBox app and the 120 can connect with the encore on the JBL app. I guess they heard our concerns.

When the battery dies for good after say a couple years, can you still use the 320 if it's plugged into an outlet without the battery.

I have 710 and listened 320 in a shop, both have good clarity, but if some one coming from TV speaker , 320 is ideal option but for who coming from 710, 320 is not special option, both is good and no one will be disappointed

Why Charge 6 with auracast is delayed? BSNS Strategy of JBL... Charge 5 is still selling like hot cakes and not going on sale. Release of Charge 6 and flip 7 will put breaks on Charge 5...the reason is auracast.

If by latest tech you mean bluetooth 5.4, it does nothing for the sound. 710 is Louder and cleaner. The hardware is bigger. You cannot deny physics. Thats like saying a JBL Clip 5 is better than the Party box 710 because it has the latest tech and that the 710 is only louder.. You do drugs?

I sold my 310 for a 320 because the 310 had uncontrolled bass the 320 is way better and have a more balance sound. And its have good bass even if the sound is more balanced. Id go for the 320. But if you find a 310 for like 400/500$ Cad used go for it!

I will beat JBL in patience game. Not going to buy Extreme 4 unless I hear Charge 6 with auracast or flip 7 with auracast. Red flag for charge 6 release. It may delay for another year. Understand the reason.... Price of Extreme 4 will drastically come down 18% and Charge 5 will be the same. But what about the investment already done on charge 6 with auracast? Will they block there investment by putting lock on Charge 6. Now JBL is trapped in lose lose situation. Blocking charge 6 JBL will be loser and releasing Charge 6 also JBL will be loser.
