How do you like this 2.7k video? Was it worth me falling a year behind to achieve?
I started trying to play around with my gym schedule this week, playing around with when I go swimming, trying an evening swim instead of a morning swim. The only thing I need to solve there is my cramping which I'm much more prone to in the evening for some reason. I'm trying to go into the office more often, cycle more etc.
I feel pretty busy these days to be honest!
