The girl falls off of the bars, then lays on the mat for a while before anybody came to her aid. I give all the people who do this sport respect. It takes a lot of talent to do this.

A lot of gymnasts will stay down for a few seconds after a fall to catch their breath, because once they get up they only have 30 seconds to remount the apparatus. If the coach touches the athlete during the routine they get penalized, so the medics didn't come until she signaled (since the injury didn't look catastrophic).
