I used to do PK, one time i was practiving over a vault, fainted midway, was caught by my then bf who had sprinted from across the gym to catch me. If he hadnt id have landed on my head off the crash mat. PK was one of the most fun activities ive done. Really want to get back into it but have no idea where i can do that locally. Your video has brought back so many memories :)
