Great video on these rings! I got them haven’t used them in a while but I recently got a new pull up bar for my door frame so gonna work on these ring movements! They are so tough lol. They make pull up or dips so much harder.
@VitalityFitnessScience3 жыл бұрын
Yeah absolutely! They make exercises much harder which will just engage more muscle groups. Thank you Bro!

Thankfully the two gyms that I am a member of do have them. I used to do some gymnastics at school in the 70s as a teenager. I can still use them at the age of 60 but not as when I was teenager of course!
@VitalityFitnessScience3 жыл бұрын
Yeah of course not! But still there are many exercises you can do with them. 😊

2:54 Thanks for the tips and instruction, but this type of doorway chin-up bar (telescopic) is very unsafe. 4:10 Also, if straps are fed through the top of the doorway, it should be on the side *opposite* the side that opens. That way there is no risk of injury if the door is opened by someone or flies open unexpectedly.
@VitalityFitnessScience2 жыл бұрын
Very good point! Should have mentioned that. Thanks a lot for your comment man.
