There is nothing that makes me more angry than abusive coaches of ANY sport.

Yeah well my coach is so intimidating and I’m breaking down mentally but I have to cover it up so no one sees

*_I'm a gymnast, and every time I hear that phrase "a tough coach", I ROLL MY NAKED EYES! That's just a euphemism for an abusive MALE coach. And making excuses for him. IN MY NAKED EYES, AMERICANS HAVE LOST SIGHT OF THE IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE, AND HAVE TRADED IT ALL FOR "OLYMPIC GLORY"_*

@@AF-ds3uz Look up DOUG BOGER. He proudly boasts that he's a "TOUGH COACH". And look at his history. Violent & sexual abuse of girl gymnasts! In MY naked eyes, he may be WORSE THAN LARRY NASSAR (I bet you know who that is). And last I knew, THIS BOGER CONTINUES TO WORK AS A COACH. ROLLING MY NAKED EYES

I had a gymnastics coach exactly like this, his name was Hamlet. To this day, my grandpa said it was the best thing that ever happened to me because it made me “grow up”… I was 11

I don't know where Coach Han is from, but I lived in Korea for a year, and during that time I did TaeKwonDo. Hitting people in the back of the head and punishing people by going into handstand position or kneeling with your hands raised was pretty normal there...

I competed at world in 99 and watched a girl from china doing push ups. She stopped so the coach walked over and looked around and then kicked her in the side of the head. Another kid from Uzbekistan fell and the coach slapped him.

Maybe my parents were just built differently, but they would have been down to that place and wreaked havoc for FAR less.

Get used to more Whining and Less Winning from these US girls
@Someone-tz9li3 жыл бұрын
Shut up dude! Your really about to say that these girls winning is more important than them speaking out and staying safe??? If they didn’t ‘whine’ then Larry Nasser would still be sexually abusing girls and they would still be attending a camp where they were STARVED. I don’t care if they never win another medal again... if where and how they are training is safer and better for them mentally and physically then that’s all that matters.
