GYMNASTICS LEOTARD TRY ON // Ex-gymnast trying on old leotards // Trying old gymnastics skills

Today I'm spicing it up a bit and trying on some leotards from my old gymnastics days! The last time I wore these gymnastics leotards I was fifteen years old so it's been a little while. I also recreate some gymnastics skills from my past.
If you want to have a laugh then tune in and watch me try on leotards that are about 5 sizes too small!
Also, just as a side note, these leotards certainly don't fit me like they used to. My body has changed and become a little less athletic but this does not make me any less worthy or beautiful as a person.
If I can try on children's leotards and still be okay, then you can be okay with growing out of your jeans, I promise!

All your Leo’s were my favorite!! You should get the ones that fit you can wear for hours or get ones you can and go back and get back in the gym doing gymnastics lessons again and see if you can get skills back!! You would do Great and bring us along for the ride!!

There's nothing wrong with your current body! You look GREAT and most importantly, HEALTHY!! You've got a very healthy and normal body composition that anyone without body dysmorphia would honestly consider healthy and a figure that's beautiful! Women look healthier and more normal with some meat on their bones, and not on either extremes like anorexically thin or morbidly obese.

Greetings. Kudos for performing gymnastics skills that you haven't done in years and for looking good in a leotard while doing them. Considering that you still have plenty of athleticism, I can imagine you practicing martial arts tutorials ... if you have a martial arts background, of course.

Big takeaway for me is that someone should introduce a reason for wearing leos for non-gymnasts. You look great in them, and I think you enjoyed wearing them. Green one is my fave 😀

Same goes for guys tbh, I have jackets I wore at 16 that won't go over my shoulders now in my 30s, I've gotten too broad, but thats not a bad thing. Though let myself go appearance wise and it was a long hard slog back to a healthy weight. I think more adult gymnastics sessions would be good for both genders (and none), especially if done for fun, a good way to work together, socialise, have a laugh at ourselves, destress and keep fit Keep up the positive messaging for sure :-) PS you looked fab in the leotards :-)
