Thank you guys for another great video. And thank you to Jay for helping film the video & help keep these guys motivated with the timing you do. Today I am struggling with anxiety waiting for test results & I felt like curling up in bed hiding from the world. But I told myself to get my ass out of bed & watch some of your videos past & present as they have a way of making me laugh. And laughing has helped my anxiety levels drop. That was awesome Luke, although I do wonder what it would have been like if the beams were closer together for Ash so he could fit more like you did rather than only finger tips and toe tips. Nevertheless, the challenges showed you were pushing your bodies to the limits, and then some. Awesome.

First...OUCH for all the gripping challenges. Not saying you were monkeying around, but I just watched a zoo video where two primates were swinging around on rings in their enclosure. They were hanging for more than 5 minutes and then effortlessly swooped to a branch. Did Stoney knowingly plan a final challenge where his height would be an advantage...yes!
