Mere left overy me cyst ho gya tha jo badh karr 9 cm ho gya tha.. Maine kitne hi gaynaclogist ko dikhaya sabne operation hi solution bataya.. Report cect abdomen Uterus is normal in size and orientation. There is a well defined unilocular cystic lesion with enhancing wall is seen in the right adnexa measuring 5.6*4.5cm in size. Another multiloculor lesion with similar marphology is seen in the left adnexa measuring 3.8*4.0cm in size.no e/o any enhancing solid component.
