Go to an ayurvedic doctor. I would suggest govt Ayurvedic doctor. If you're in Delhi, go to Indian Institute of Ayurveda and meet dr. Kamini Dhiman. If not in Delhi, go to any central govt ayurvedic hospital in your State. Trust me, it'll change your life forever. I too had the same problem with pcod. Now totally cured.

@@khansayed2220 Yes, at govt. hospitals, you'll get med for free. Don't fall for these gynoveda trap. They sell the same med for double or triple the amount. Also, my personal experience is that those medicines from govt ayurvedic hospitals work better than over the counter medicines. May be because at hospitals, they they plant their own ayurvedic plants and herbs. Anyway, get well soon. :)

Yes it did help me a lot ...Am no more in that pain...you just go to their website and there you get the helpline number....its been more than 2 months...after a month i became irregular in taking tablets but still didn't face an issue ...however i dont encourage you to be irregular
