This demonstration is done slowly so that beginner students may understand and learn. High level students can see a very fast technique and will still grasp what the master is doing. It is about learning the principles of the art.

@@davefletch3063 I would. In real life, you will probably be sneak attacked or be attacked in a moment of someone’s anger. In both cases, a ninja would feel it based on their training and their bodies would move appropriately perhaps without conscious thought.
