Gypsum outcrops

At the top of the slope, gypsum rocks come to the surface. The rocks consist of many shiny translucent gypsum crystals that shine in light gray and brown shades under the sun's rays. As a result of hydration processes, tumuli were formed on gypsum rocks - swelling of the rock with the formation of small voids. Small cracks blacken between the rocks, in the depths of which, more than likely, large labyrinthine caves are located, decorated with an incredible decoration of crystals. This is due to the fact that the 16-meter-thick gypsum-anhydrite layer has a number of karst depressions in the district. And at a distance of 3 kilometers there is the Dzhurynska cave - a geological monument of nature "Nahiryanska Cave" with a length of 1170 m.
