Gypsy Bard- Nixie MAP {CLOSED 2/6 IN}

TIME FOR THE RULES
1- I wont be too picky, but I'd like some good art/animation examples on your channel!
2- 1 part per person. These parts are long, so I don't want anyone to overwork themselves.
3- You can do PMV/AMV! My only request is to not add the text if you choose PMV
4- The MAP DOES have a theme! The background needs to be simple (3 colors max) and the theme is happy! If the tone of the song is dark, just make it a scene where Nixie is mischievous.
5- Nixie is really the only cat I should see in this MAP. If you need a certain character's reference, ask and I will deliver! They should only be used in one part of your part OR just as a background character
6- Nixie's reference is below, but feel free to use the simplified design that I used in the cover! (Instead of things with opacity, you just use the light blue from the star.)
7- If you read the rules, tell me if you are doing PMV or AMV AND if you need any background characters! (Still say no if you dont)
8- You have 1 month to complete your part.
