Hi joe great videos and content the real traveller/gypsy men and women have my respect especially the fighters i loved the bartly gorman stories,I was thinking the traveller/gypsy men are the people youd want in the trenches with you at war then i wandered is there a big history of gypsy/traveller men joining or serving in the armed forces as im really unsure if this happens thanks joe

I can remember reading about this years ago in Jimmys book. I wonder why he went by the name of Stockings when he's a Smith..

There is somany Romany smiths .. and our great and great great grandfather respectively used to where stockings when he thought . It was like boxer . Wearing shorts Of its time . He to once hade a classic fight .. and someone referred to him as stockin.. and as a way to difrience .. us smiths it stuck with us ever since we’re nearly all christened smith .. but are often known as Stockins .. hope this explains 🤙🥊

I secretly wanted to fight .. so I asked Aaron who’s going to fight he said whoever that was enough for me to go to work mate .. I was just 18 but I had no age on myself I was confident I could fight anyone in a straightner I’m not saying that now but that’s exactly how I felt then probably a dangerous way to think or a great way to think .. it worked anyway 😀🤙🥊
