Their story has a contradictory beginning, but it builds to a climax and a twist that gradually endears her to it. Additionally, she is a writer, so she easily empathizes with characters who have a touch of compassion, like the director. The director is an emotional person; he doesn’t want to harm anyone, but everything he does conveys a sense of sacrifice and unwavering patience driven by love. I appreciate Lee Sang Yi's performance. The main couple is also somewhat interesting, but right now I feel that the writer is really invested in the storyline of the second couple, which causes the development of the main couple to become weaker and less refined.

Для здоровых людей это странно, но для тех, у кого есть психологические травмы… Люди с психологическими травмами (в данном случае жестокое обращение, ведь отец девушки - убийца) подсознательно выбирают тех, кто будет отыгрывать эту травму. Директор по своей натуре хороший, но он способен и на жестокие поступки (например, увольнение сестры этой девушкин и за что и шантаж ее мужа) , то есть чем-то (насилием и жестокостью) он похож на её отца.

he made up for the comments and didn't even write the comment for which she was complaining. Also he didn't even tell her that it wasn't him. For the demotion he is mostly handling under his mother's pressure. He would not have done all of this things on his own will. When his mother told that Ji Huk should be sent oversea, he tried to stop her...

He intentionally didnt fired her sister and also she came back to her work.also he was not violent. And brutal negative comments written by hajoon not him but he agreed and took punishment as he ordered. This was how their relship started and just negative comments doesnt decide persons character unless its demeaning sexist misogynist or abusive.also he saved her many times. Well i dont judge like you and i would rate him gentleman as ive seen more evil men in my life than this
