Best idea to come out of Armenia in a long time! Amazing it took an Italian businessman NOT an Armenian to recommend this good idea. There's no need for cars to get around city center. Otherwise, Gyumri will become overran by vehicles. The Armenians opposed to the idea are ruining the environment.

I’m interested to invest in Gyumri because Armenia is close to UAE and Gyumri is known for cold weather in Summer. I think the Government should improve the quality of life from the Street & Building recreation and Hiding electric cables so the city look clean Also the most important thing is More Green Areas ( Grow Trees ) around the City so it will be helpful for people who walk Focus on those things and i guarantee that people from UAE will buy properties and open restaurants, cafés, projects etc. ( More investors, More chances of getting job for Gyumri citizens)

This idea barely works in cities with excellent transport links, but sure, trust civilnet to take a foreign idea, glorify it and find a foreign mouth piece to praise it on camera in a biased representation. ZERO consideration to the elderly, handicapped, or vulnerable citizens - rather some clown who wants to skate and play in the road.
