When I was little I made a slingshot and was the champion of my neighborhood. I always carried a slingshot around his neck and 20 beach stones in his pocket. then I made a sling and set records.

Actually, there is a slight difference. All equipment and band size being equal, a stronger arm allows you to have better anchor stability. Even with similar training, a man is inherently stronger.

@@usernamemykel A weaker band will have a larger margin for errors. There is a sweet spot for band tension to match ball bearing size and weight. Any band stronger or weaker than the optimal range will render the band less accurate. Hence a stronger person can shoot with a weaker band and still maintain stability, but a weaker person cannot hold the shot steady with a stronger band.
