H-1B visa is location-specific, meaning that the work location listed in your approved Labor Condition Application (LCA) and H-1B petition must match where you are physically working. If you move to a new city, even while working remotely, it could be an issue if you or your employer fail to update the USCIS. Please note I am not lawyer ,consult your attorney for confirmation.
