Can we pour rava dosas just immediately after grinding or do we need to soak the batter. Please reply as I'm thinking of preparing this tomorrow morning for breakfast. Please reply at the earliest.

Tried both dosa and chutneys as per your video instructions. Rava dosa turned out to be extra crisp and crunchy. Everyone at home enjoyed lovely dosas with extra superb chutneys. All thanks to you Madam.
