Ingredients
Snake gourd - 1 bowl ( 1.5 cups )
Kadalai paruppu - 1/4 cup
Paasi paruppu - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds / jeeragam - 1/2 tsp
Salt - as per taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
To grind
Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
Green chilli - 2 (add according to your spice level)
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Small onion - 2 (chopped)
Asafoetida - little
Tempering / Thallippu
Oil / ghee - 2 to 3 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
Urud dal - 1/2 to 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 springs
