Chicken tikka masala is one of the most popular curries across the world. Chicken tikka masala is a dish consisting of roasted marinated chicken chunks (chicken tikka) in spiced curry sauce. Debate on the origin of this dish is not settled, some believe that it originated in Indian subcontinent and some believe that it was first prepared by the south Asian community residing in Britain. This recipe video details step by step easy process to cook super delicious chicken tikka masala
Preparation time - 60 minutes
Serving - 4
Ingredients:
Chicken (boneless)- 400 grams
Onion -2
Tomato -2
Ginger garlic paste - 1.5 tbsp
Curd - 3 tbsp
Lemon juice -1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1.5 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder -2 tsp
Black cardamom -1
Cinnamon stick -1 inch
Cooking oil - 6 tbsp
Butter -1 tbsp
Fresh cream - 3 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
