Gopal chef sir! I watch your videos religiously and this how I also use masalas by making them wet, and then adding it in a recipe. You're my all time favorite chef. Your contribution is the most in my cooking learning phases. Great tip at the end as usual, onion should be fried, golden brown and not dark. I made this mistake once, and my entire dish tasted bitter! Thank you very much sir. God bless you!
