2 tsp masoor dal
3 tsp toor dal
1/3 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp ghee
3 tsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
few cashews
few curry leaves
1 dry red chilli
3 black pepper
3 cloves
1 cinnamon stic
1 medium size onion
half tsp garlic ginger paste
1 tsp green chilli paste
2 tsp green peas
2 tsp sweet corn
1 brinjal
1 capsicum
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/3 tsp cumin and corridor powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 small tomato
half cup water
for kadhi
3 garlic cloves
1 tsp green chilli paste
1/3 cup corridor leaves
1 inch ginger
3/4 cup curd
1 tsp besan
1 cup water
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
a pinch of asafoetida
few curry leaves
1 dry chilli
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
a pinch of garam masala
1/3 tsp suger
