Hydrogen bonding is a special type of dipole-dipole attraction between molecules, not a covalent bond to a hydrogen atom. It results from the attractive force between a hydrogen atom covalently bonded to a very electronegative atom such as a N, O, or F atom and another very electronegative atom.

basically boiling point depends both on bonds present in the molecule as well as the molecular mass of the molecules, When comparing H3PO4 and Me3PO4 we can observe that H-Bonding "IS" present in H3PO4 but the much much heavier Me3PO4 , of molar mass 140 gm/mol , dominates over the H-Bonding of H3PO4 having molar mass of just 98 gm/mol causing the need for more energy to reach boiling its boiling point HENCE Me3PO4 has higher Boiling Point than H3PO4 !!!
