Chicken Lababdar is a famous food from North-India which can be found on the menu of many Indian restaurants and Dhabas. It is a famous Mughlai cuisine known for its rich and variant taste. The gravy is very creamy and onion-tomato based.

- 2 tbsp Ghee
- Bay leaves
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 4-5 Cloves
- 4-5 Green Cardamom
- 2 Green Chilies (slit)
- 1 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 3 Tomato Puree
- Red Chilli Powder
- Turmeric Powder
- Water
- 1 Kg Chicken
- Water
- Yogurt
- Coriander Powder
- Garam Masala Powder
- Cumin Seed Powder
- Kitchen King Masala
- Water
- Cashew Paste
- Capsicum (chopped)
- 3 tbsp Fresh Cream
- Fenugreek Leaves
- Butter
- Coriander Leaves (chopped)
