Wow, I loved this. I know a lot of ppl say this but Gabriella is one of my fave artist of all time. She’s breaking so many barriers in the music industry in my eyes. She will be known as a legend because she is making her mark in that way. This interview gave me a lot of teary eyes in the end. I love what she shared about meeting one of her fans because I can relate. I connected with her music in a very dark time in my life. I literally listened to her music every day to get me through it. This was during the time before and during her I Use To Know H.E.R tour. I traveled all the way to Houston by myself for the first time to see her for that tour. I just really grew an appreciation for her & her music at that time. It’s so nice to see how far she’s coming and is continuing to go.

A little known thing in America is that a lot of Filipinos are....drum role please...BLACK! The 1st modern humans to colonize the Philippines were Islamic Moors from Africa(black people). Also the African slave trade also took blacks there to work on the plantations. Also alot of black GI's who didn't want to return to the U.S. after WW2, Vietnam and Korean wars settled there. They have integrated into the society with Europeans and mostly S.E. Asians, but they are there.

Their ancestors left Africa some 200,000 years ago and settle on the Australian continental plate and S.E. Asia about 120 to 150 thousand years ago.
