Ingredients for batter :
Urad dal / ಉದ್ದಿನ ಬೇಳೆ - 1 cup
Dosa rice (Ration rice) / ದೋಸೆ ಅಕ್ಕಿ (ರೇಷನ್ ಅಕ್ಕಿ) - 4 cup
Idli rice (Salem rice) / ಇಡ್ಲಿ ಕಪ್ (ಸೇಲಂ ರೈಸ್) - 1 cup
Sabbakki / ಸಬ್ಬಕ್ಕಿ - 1/4 cup
Boiled rice / ಕುಸಬಲಕ್ಕಿ - 1/4 cup
Channa dal / ಕಡ್ಲೆಬೇಳೆ - 1/4 cup
Methi seeds / ಮೆಂತ್ಯಕಾಳು - 2 tsp
thick poha / ಗಟ್ಟಿ ಅವಲಕ್ಕಿ - 1 cup
Salt / ಉಪ್ಪು - as per requirement
Oil / ಎಣ್ಣೆ - 3/4 tbsp
For masala dosa :
Rice flour / ಅಕ್ಕಿ ಹಿಟ್ಟು - 1/4 cup
Chiroti rava / ಚಿರೋಟಿ ರವೆ - 1/4 cup
Sugar / ಸಕ್ಕರೆ - 1 tbsp
For set dosa :
Maida flour / ಮೈದಾ ಹಿಟ್ಟು - 1/4 cup
Baking soda / ಅಡಿಗೆ ಸೋಡಾ - 2 pinch
For Onion dosa :
Onions Chopped small / ಸಣ್ಣದಾಗಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಈರುಳ್ಳಿ - 4
Chillies Chopped small / ಸಣ್ಣದಾಗಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಮೆಣಸಿನಕಾಯಿ - 4
Ginger Chopped small / ಸಣ್ಣದಾಗಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಹಸಿ ಶುಂಠಿ - 1/4 inch
Coriander leaves Chopped small / ಸಣ್ಣದಾಗಿ ಹಚ್ಚಿದ ಕೊತ್ತಂಬರಿ ಸೊಪ್ಪು - little
