I want to hear this done on actual instruments by their respective players. This sounds amazing but there is such an extra kick when you know it's played by individual musicians. The composer is awesome and I do not mean to take anything away from their art.

It makes sense. Traditional eastern instruments and bluegrass instruments (which comes from Irish folk, and the base DM builds on) are tuned similarly. Check out “Redgrass”- they work surprisingly well together.
