For those of you who are asking for translation :- हे गौरा तोरो सजनमा ना (X2) तोरो सजनमा, किछुओ नैय बुझौ गे ओढर ढरनमा ना। (X2) Oh devi gauri! Your consort is one of his kind. Your consort is too gullible/credulous to understand the various intricacies. He gets easily pleased (by his devotees) and therefore gets carried away very quickly. जकरा नैय देखलौं कहियो जीबन भरि (X2) रोटी पर नुनमा ना, हे गौरा रोटी पर नुनमा ना तकरा खुट्टा पर हाथी बिराजै गे अन धन सोनमा ना। (X2) हे गौरा.......... The one whom i never even saw have luxury of the basic daily meals, now has elephants tied at his door. He is now full of grains, wealth & gold. (Of course, by the grace of lord shiva) जकरा नैय देखलौं कहियो जीबन भरि (X2) भक्ति भजनमा ना, हे गौरा भक्ति भजनमा ना जे कियो दुटा बेलपात चढ़ा दै, पौलक दर्शनमा ना। (X2) हे गौरा....... The one whom i never saw get indulged in any form of devotion (to shiva) or sacred rites, merely offers two leaves from the bael plant (बेलपत्र) and the lord himself appears before him. P.S.:- The translation is done by me. It might not be perfect, and it's definitely not the literal translation for the most of it. I don't think it'd have been astute on my part to translate the song literally. If i'd done that, it'd have made everything messy. Therefore i translated in a manner so that you could get the basic intent of this song. And that basic intent is obviously the fact that bhagwan shiva gets pleased too easily. And once he gets pleased, he rewards you beyond imagination.
