As a father to two adult sons, one who is about to graduate and the other is on his first year;- DON'T push them too hard. Let them develope their skills and talents, in due time those will flourish by themselves. Also, NO KIDS are born dumb. If they look or feel dumb in a certain subject then it is not because they are dumb but rather that subject is not their forte. Every child is different, some slightly and some by a large margin so give them space and time while you as a parent should sit back and look at the way they develope their particular skills, only stepping in when they strayed into bad territories. Last note;- Schools and universities should not be chosen for how exclusive or expensive they are but rather as per how your children like it. Both my sons are in a local university and it is pretty "cheap" compared to many so called top universities but yet have a very good track record of churning out highly sought after graduates.

Thank you for your comment. I really like and agree with your thoughts. Every child has their own unique characteristics and pace of growth. By providing them with a warm family environment, understanding, and support, they will naturally grow well. Thank you for your message and comment!
