Good review Stuart. Too bad they are not also offering a military color scheme option. Gold/white color scheme works for the rarebear but i don't like it at all on the Hellcat😟. Nice to see HK releasing new models again though👍

That was given serious thought, but it would have not have been in keeping with the theme of the series. That said the decals can be removed with tape and its then ready to paint for those who want to make the effort to make a sweet warbird F6F.

Would be GREAT if they offered this plane without any paint or graphics - a bit of airbrushing and it could be a brilliant WAR bird again.

It was considered, but sales of unpainted foam 'kits' just don't stack up. That being said being mostly all white ans decals that can be removed with tape, its a pretty easy job to repaint for those that wish to.
