NZs arent unified on this topic. The protest is great, and the protesters unified in rheir opinion (except dor those waving Paestine flags?), which you would expect, but it is representative of one side of a debate... which is Seymores point.

Amazing coverage Uso! This world needs unity and peace. Ultimately in the end, ethnicity, nationality and religon becomes irrelevant. We all bleed the same blood, shed the same tears. Let's pray for a better tommarow for all people across the world.

I'm stoked everyone is feeling the unity but there's some serious confusion on what's in the bill. Why can't yous march for the housing crisis? Not one person articulated what was in the bill that they didn't agree with. "I'm Maori I don't like the bill and I'm enjoying the crowd vibes" is all anyone is able to say. It's dangerously ignorant to be marching for a cause but you can't articulate the cause. You've all been duped into a Maori Party fundraising scam. The bills not getting passed the second reading they've said it since day dot.

It wants to remove Maori consultation about the governance of their lands treasures and so on as defined in the legally binding document signed by our government (the crown). The idea that it's just about 'rights for all people' is just propaganda. In reality this bill was never going to pass, it was done to make Luxon look bad to the right wingers so ACT can siphon them off and to promote deregulation for the Epsom Electorate.
@flashrobbie11 күн бұрын
nope, as in there is no reason it should exist, apart from helping Seymour and other rich people asset raid further down the road.
